Entry rules for Denmark

Tourists from green & yellow EU/Schengen countries can enter Denmark without quarantine, and tourist from green EU/Schengen countries don't need to be tested after entry.
Test after entry still applies to tourist from yellow countries and the same goes for orange and red. Orange & red countries also need a valid reason to enter Denmark.

Denmark is opening up.

Restaurants, Cinema, indoor playgrounds, Bars, activity centres, swimming-pools etc. are open in Denmark now. No masks are required any more, the only thing you have to show to visit some of these places is a valid negative test, no older than 96hours.  Just remember to wash hands often, use disinfectant, keep a little distance to others and remember if you feel sick, don't go out in public, stay home.

Entry into Denmark

If you are entering Denmark from a Yellow country, see the map on the left, you only need to present a negative covid test at the border, no older than 48hours.

The same applies to orange Schengen countries

Foreigners habitually resident in orange EU and Schengen countries can enter Denmark with proof of a negative COVID-19 test irrespective of the purpose of their entry. The test must have been taken no more than 48 hours before the time of entry."* en.coronasmitte.dk.


Tourists who are fully vaccinated don't need to present a negative covid-test, nor do they have to isolate themselves. This applies to all tourists from EU, Schengen country, Andorra, San Marino, Monaco or the Vatican City, a yellow or orange OECD country or a yellow third country.

Please follow the Covid-19 recommendations made by the Danish authorities. We all need to take care of each other.

It is no longer mandatory to wear a mask in Denmark.
But you should still remember to wash hands often, use disinfectant.

We clean the reception, store, kitchen, activity room, kitchen and bathrooms often.
